1. Editorial Independence

AndroidXRGlasses.com is editorially independent. No advertiser, investor, partner, or external party has influence over our editorial decisions, article content, or fact-checking processes. Staff reporters and editors make all coverage decisions based on newsworthiness, accuracy, and relevance to our audience.

2. Author Credentials & Bylines

Every article published on AndroidXRGlasses.com carries a byline identifying the author by name. Authors are identified as staff reporters, contributing editors, or named external contributors. Credentials are listed on each author’s profile page.

Editorial staff have backgrounds in one or more of: technology journalism, consumer electronics, XR/AR software development, or enterprise technology. We do not publish anonymous content except in cases involving source protection, which are disclosed with a note on the article.

3. Sourcing Standards

All factual claims in news articles must be sourced from at least one of the following:

• Official company announcements, press releases, or investor communications
• On-the-record statements from named company representatives
• Verified reporting from established technology publications (9to5Google, The Verge, Tom’s Guide, TechCrunch, Android Central, Droid-Life)
• Official regulatory filings or government documents
• Direct product testing or hands-on review

Unverified rumors or anonymous sources are labeled as such — they are not presented as confirmed facts. We clearly distinguish between confirmed information and reported speculation.

4. Wiki & Specification Accuracy

Wiki entries and device specification tables are compiled from official sources only — manufacturer press releases, official product pages, and verifiable regulatory filings. Unconfirmed specifications are marked “TBC” (to be confirmed) or “TBA” (to be announced).

Each wiki entry displays a “Last verified” date. Entries are reviewed when new official information becomes available. Readers who identify inaccuracies should email [email protected].

5. Corrections Policy

We correct errors promptly and transparently. When an article contains a factual error:

• The correction is appended to the article with a timestamp noting when it was made
• The original incorrect claim is noted so readers can understand what changed

7. Conflicts of Interest & Advertising

AndroidXRGlasses.com may display advertising (including Google AdSense). Advertisements are clearly separated from editorial content and do not influence coverage decisions. We do not accept sponsored articles, native advertising, or paid placement in editorial sections.

Staff who own financial positions in companies they cover must disclose that interest in their byline notes. Staff are prohibited from trading on non-public information obtained through their reporting work.

8. AI-Assisted Writing

AndroidXRGlasses.com may use AI writing tools for drafting assistance. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human staff member before publication. The human editor takes full editorial responsibility for the final published content. We do not publish unreviewed AI-generated text.
